The Youth Work Common Room Strategic Leadership & Management Hub
My consultancy work over the past couple of years has seen substantial change with regards to requests via The Youth Work Common Room 'contact us' form. There is a view that increased training and short courses that blossomed during Covid up until today has reached a place of burnout. This has created a new priority for leaders who are contacting about a more personalised support. Though existing services offered by The Youth Work Common Room will remain active, i have decided to add an additional layer of support based on the developments i have seen in the work i have undertaken. From January 2027, the website will be revamped so that it is easier to navigate for practitioners, managers and strategic leaders. For now, i am opening with an initial coaching and mentoring service as i am seeing an increase specifically in this area and want to promote the opportunity.
As a registered consultant and Chartered Manager, i will be able to approach the new year with an increased portfolio of supportive offers more widely that replicate some of the work i have been doing with local authorities, organisations experience change and challenge and using both CIPD development tools and my Chartered Management knowledge to develop responsive and developmental outcomes alongside you and your organisational aspirations.
