Steve has been involved in youth work and informal education since the early 90's with experience across a breadth of contexts and leadership positions in the statutory and voluntary sector.

 

With specialisms in training and organisational development, the focus on enabling young people through forms of educational interaction, Steve has published works, academic articles creating a framework of research informed-practice based responses to enable your work with young people and enable effectiveness from your teams. As a vocational assessor and End Point Assessor experience and training the support to your teams could be invaluable.
